Hello Critter friends
So, we've hit a bit of a bump in production and want to apologize. Our goods are taking much longer to ship than what was originally said so we want to apologize and thank you all for your patience. Today, we will be sending last notice for address changes in BackerKit and within 48 hours those addresses will be locked. (Don't worry, if an emergency address change is needed before our update saying everything is being shipped, message us and we will sort it out.)
Now, for the elephant in the room, manufacturing has been a bit of an issue and so as we move toward expanding critter merch in the coming year, we will be exploring other manufacturers, as well as finding ways to lower prices without lowering quality. This includes also includes expanding our plushies to include smaller models at a smaller price point as well as venturing in to other merchandise and media, so everyone can have their favorite critters in whatever format they choose!
Now, all that being said, all merch aside from plushies have arrived and look fantastic, so once we lock addresses, we will be fulfilling all orders that do not include critters ASAP.
Again, we apologize greatly, and this is such an embarrassment to the excellence we strive to achieve, we hope you can forgive us and continue to support the Critter Crops brand. Thank you as always for your support.

Plushies are almost here!
The plushies will arrive and start fulfillment in the next few days. This is your last chance to update your address before we send them out!
Unfortunately orders that contain a Mumshroom plush will need to wait a bit longer. There were some issues with excess glue on parts of the plush material and so they have to be remade. :( We want to offer you the best product possible, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We can't wait to send your plushies to their forever homes!

🚂Production is chugging along! 📦
Thanks to your overwhelming love and support, our Critters have sold over three times what we initially projected. Because of this, the production timeline is taking a little longer! We'll be sure to keep you up to date as soon as they're finished!

August is almost over! 😱
Plushies are receiving their final inspections and tags and will be making their way to us soon!
For any surveys currently not in, there will be a second round of plushie orders after the holidays. This is also when we intend to start discussing round two preorders for plushies.
Round two's will be hosted as singular preorders on our website when the time comes and we will have a timeline for those in the new year. 🎊🎉
